- No. BayPilot replaces your shop-management system. Tickets, inspections, payments, payroll, reports. Repair-data libraries and OEM diagrams are optional and separate.
- What is the AI Research feature?
- Vehicle-aware diagnostic guidance. Likely causes and test order on the ticket. It is guidance, not certified OEM repair data or licensed diagrams.
- Who is BayPilot for?
- Independent auto repair shops, one bay or many, including European and import specialists.
- What do card payments cost?
- Card payments run through your own Stripe account and you pay Stripe's standard rate of 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. No per-ticket software fees on top.
